# Archiving Old Requests

Archiving requests moves all closed tickets into an archived status. Technicians can still view these ticket by selecting the **View Archived Tickets** button on the**Tickets** tab.

1. Click **Archived Requests**.
2. Click **Archive Old Requests**.
3. Select a **Start Date**and an **End Date**. All requests that fall within the date range will be archived.
4. Click **Archive Requests**.
