### **Checking for Extensions/Add-Ons**

If you are experiencing any technical issues, it is possible that a Chrome extension is blocking the software from functioning as expected. You can check whether this is the case by opening Chrome in Incognito mode.

1. Open the **Google** **Chrome** web****browser.
2. Click **File** > **New Incognito Window**.

This opens the browser without any extensions or add-ons. Access Eduphoria in this Incognito window to determine if add-ons are causing an issue. 1. Open the **Google** **Chrome** web****browser.
2. Click the **More** button (the 3 vertical dots) on the right side of the browser.
3. Select **More Tools**.
4. Select **Extensions**.
5. Disable extensions one at a time and test your browser each time to discover which one is causing the issue.

## **Firefox**

### **Updating Firefox**

1. Open the **Firefox** web****browser.
2. On the menu bar, click **Firefox** and choose **About Firefox**.
3. The **About Firefox** window opens and automatically checks for updates.
4. When the download completes, click the **Restart to Update Firefox** button on the window.
