# Searching Staff Planners

Users with the **Analyze Curriculum Courses** right can view planners for all staff members at their school or district, depending on the level of access granted to their user account in [**Management**](/v1/docs/setting-user-roles-and-rights). For more information about what you can do with this right, see [Beacon Rights](/v1/docs/roles-and-rights-for-beacon).

## Quick Guide

1. Select**Staff Search**.
2. Use the **School** drop-down and/or the **Search by name or ID** field to filter the list.
3. Select a name from the list to open the landing page for the selected staff member’s planner.
4. Select a prep to view plans

**Step 1:**Select**Staff Search**from the **Management**section of the main menu.

> **Note:** The **Analyze Curriculum Courses** right is required to access **Staff Search**.

**Step 2:**Use the **School** drop-down and/or the **Search by name or ID** field to filter the list.

**Step 3:**Select a name from the list to open the landing page for the selected staff member’s planner.
