# Impersonating Users Across Eduphoria Applications

You can impersonate users to troubleshoot issues on all Eduphoria applications. To impersonate a user for support purposes, follow the steps listed in this article.

Only users with the **Impersonate Users** right granted in **Management** can impersonate other users in Eduphoria.

If your district has users who can assist in troubleshooting but are not classroom teachers, assign that user the **Campus Administrator** role in **Management**.

> [!NOTE]
> **Note:** While impersonating a user in Eduphoria, the **Management** application and the **Impersonate**button become inaccessible. You cannot perform management actions as another user.

## Quick Guide

1. Go to the **Applications**home page.
2. Select **Impersonate**.
3. Type or paste the user's**email address** or **Student ID** into the text field.
4. Select the **Impersonate**button.

## Illustrated Guide

**Step 1:**Go to the **Applications**home page.

**Step 2:**Select **Impersonate**.

> [!NOTE]
> **Note:**If you do not see the**Impersonate** button on the **Applications**home page, check that the following statements are true:
> 
> - You have the **Impersonate Users** right.
> - You are not currently impersonating another user. You must log out of any impersonations before impersonating another user.

**Step 3:** Type or paste the user's**email address** or **Student ID** into the text field.

**Step 4:**Select the **Impersonate**button.

Hitting Enter or Return on your keyboard will not submit the name for impersonation.

To end impersonation, log out as that user.
