# Making a School or District Assessment Available or Unavailable

Administrators can make a school or district assessment available or unavailable from **Test Settings** under the **Online** tab.

Select **Available** to make the assessment available to all assigned students, and select **Unavailable** to immediately end the test for all students. The **Preview Online Testing** option allows you to view the test from the student’s perspective.

> [!CAUTION]
> **Warning:**Eduphoria recommends that administrators instruct students to save their data at the end of each testing period to preserve data. If students do not save when instructed and are removed from the test, they could lose some of the data.
