# Printing a Data View

Any data view can be exported to Excel or as a PDF.

For teachers, the buttons are displayed as below.

For administrators, these options appear on the print drop-down.

**Export to Excel**- Exports the test information to Excel

**Print to PDF**- Exports the test information as a PDF
