Teachers can print their student portfolios to document and reflect on their instructional impact, especially for evaluation systems where student growth is a key factor. A printed or PDF version provides concrete evidence of progress toward goals, supports summative conferences, and creates a permanent record of assessment data and reflections.

> [!TIP]
> **Best Practice:** Print your portfolio at the end of the school year. Student portfolios automatically archive 15 days before the start of the next school year. Once the school year is over and data is archived, you can no longer access that data.

## Quick Guide

1. Select **Portfolios**( folder_shared ) from the main menu.
2. Select the portfolio you want to print.
3. Once on the portfolios screen, select **Print**( print ).
4. A preview of the PDF opens, containing data for each student in the portfolio. You can now save the file to your device or send the file to a printer to print a physical copy.

## Illustrated Guide

**Step 1:** Select **Portfolios**( folder_shared ) from the main menu.
