# Setting up Lock View for Evaluations

**Lock View** is an extra security measure in which only the appraiser and the appraisee can see an evaluation document. **Lock View** is recommended for all evaluations of administrators, school leaders, and anyone who evaluates others.

## **Turn on Lock View**

**Step 1:** Select **Settings** from the main menu.

**Step 2:**Select **Form Management**.

**Step 3:**Select the desired template under the appropriate form type.

**Step 4:**Select the **Template** **Options** tab.

**Step 5**: Select **Allow appraisers to lock the instrument so that only the appraiser, staff member being evaluated, and district viewers may view the evaluation content.**
