# Shared with Me

**Shared with Me** lists the Name and Email of staff members who have shared their preps with you. Selecting a staff member from the list opens their planner. For example, if you are a department head, you might request that the teachers in your department grant you access to viewing their planners so that you can better track their progress through units. As a mentor, you might need to view another teacher’s planner to provide constructive feedback and help them structure lessons.

This screen is a short list, best used when you only need access to a few teacher’s planners, such as your team or department. If you have the **Analyze Curriculum Courses** right, you can use the [**Staff Search**](/v1/docs/staff-search) screen to monitor planners for the whole campus or district, depending on your level of access. Staff Search includes filters and a search bar, allowing you to more easily find a specific staff member in a long list.

To access this screen, select **Shared with Me** from the **Planner** section of the main menu.

## Shared Planners List

The list includes two columns: **Name** and **Email**. Select a row to open the landing page for the staff member’s planner, where you can select a prep to view.
