# Staff Search

The **Staff Search** screen allows administrators to view and search all Beacon users at their school or district by school, name, or email address. Selecting a row in the list opens the selected staff member’s planner.

To access this screen, select **Staff Search** from the **Management** section of the main menu.

> **Note:** The **Analyze Curriculum Courses** right is required to access **Staff Search**.

## Staff List

| # | Field | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 1 | School drop-down | Filters the list to show only staff members at the selected school. Options available in this list depend on the schools that you have access to view data for in [Management](/v1/docs/setting-user-roles-and-rights). |
| 2 | Search by name or ID | Filters the list to show only staff members with a name or email address that match your search criteria. |
| 3 | Reset Filters | Clears all filters applied by the School drop-down and the Search bar. |
| 4 | Staff List | Displays the Name and Email of all staff members. Selecting a row from the list opens the landing page for the selected staff member’s planner. |
