# Updates to Privacy Policy and Software License Agreement: November 13, 2025

We have updated our [Privacy Policy](/v1/docs/privacy-policy-of-eduphoria-inc) and [Software License Agreement](/v1/docs/eduphoria-software-license-agreement) to provide clear and concise language and to better explain how we use your data to improve your Eduphoria experience.

These changes go into effect immediately.

#### The following changes have been made to the Privacy Policy:

- We removed redundant sections and improved transparency surrounding our data sharing practices.
- We added sections to clearly explain our practices surrounding AI, also known as Large Language Models or LLMs. These sections outline our data processing practices, cookie policy, and sensitive data management, especially when student information is involved.
- We improved our explanation of how we use data to send you event invitations and product updates.

#### The following changes have been made to the Software License Agreement:

- We clarified sections addressing limited liability for ease of understanding.
