# Updates to Supported Scanners

Currently, we recommend and provide support for the following scanners. For additional details, review [Recommended and Supported Scanners](/v1/docs/recommended-and-supported-scanners).

## **Eduphoria’s Recommended Scanners**

**Recommended Scanners** are compliant with **Aware Plain Paper Scanning** and eligible for technical troubleshooting and support. Recommended scanners are updated to include newly released scanners that meet scanning reliability standards of 99.9% accuracy and are at a competitive price point.

The following scanners are recommended, compliant, and supported:

- **Brother:** ADS4300N, ADS4900W
- **Fujitsu:** fi-8170, fi-8190

## **Eduphoria’s Supported Scanners**

**Supported Scanners**are compliant with Aware Plain Paper Scanning and eligible for technical troubleshooting and support.

The following scanners are compliant and supported:

- **Brother:** ADS2400N, ADS3000N, ADS3600W, DCP5500DN, DCP5600DN
- **Fujitsu:** fi-7160, fi-7180

## **Scanners Ineligible for Support**

The following previously supported models remain compliant with Aware Plain Paper Scanning but are now **unsupported.**

Therefore, the following models are no longer eligible to receive technical troubleshooting and support:

- **Brother**: MFCL5850DW, MFC L6900DW, DCP7020, DCP7065DN, DCP8150DN, DCPL2540DW, DCPL5650DN, PDS6000
- **Fujitsu**: fi-6670
- **Scantron** model scanners

## **Non-Compliant and Unsupported Scanners and Devices**

The following models and devices are non-compliant and **unsupported**.

Therefore, they are no longer eligible to receive technical troubleshooting support. In the future, the software may fail when using these devices:

- **Scantron** OMR forms and scanners
- **eInstruction CPS** by Turning Technologies
- **Insight 360** devices
- **Promethean** response pads
- **ALL In Learning** devices
