# Viewing District Documents

**Formspace** allows a district to store and organize electronic documents for staff to access in one easy place. The **Documents** tab allows a user to view all available district documents.

Expanding any category provides a list of available documents. Selecting a document shows the attached file. Click on the attached file to open it.
