# Viewing a Shared Planner

You can use the **Shared with Me** feature to view a list of staff members who have shared their planners with you. Selecting a staff member from the list opens their planner.

For example, if you are a department head, you might request that the teachers in your department grant you access to viewing their planners so that you can better track their progress through units. As a mentor, you might need to view another teacher’s planner to provide constructive feedback and help them structure lessons.

## Quick Guide

1. Select **Shared with Me**.
2. Select a row to open the landing page for the staff member’s planner.
3. Select a prep to view plans.

## Illustrated Guide

**Step 1:** Select **Shared with Me** from the **Planner** section of the main menu.

**Step 2:** The list includes two columns: **Name** and **Email**. Select a row to open the landing page for the staff member’s planner.
