# Viewing Staff Professional Learning

Strive users with the [**Professional Development Credit Viewer**](/v1/docs/strive-rights) right can view their school staff’s professional learning, including certifications and up-to-date professional learning credits. Learn more about the settings available for staff members’ professional learning portfolios by visiting [Manage Staff](/v1/docs/manage-staff).

## Quick Guide

1. Select **Staff** () from the main menu.
2. Use the drop-down menus to narrow your search and select the card for the desired staff member.
3. Select the staff member's **Portfolio** tab to view their professional learning.
