If you are experiencing an "unsupported scanner" pop-up message when you attempt to use a supported scanner in Aware, there is a system utility that can be accessed to prevent this pop-up from recurring district-wide.
- Log in as the Systems Administrator.
- Go to Aware.
- Click the Analyze tab and select Configuration Options.
- Choose Testing tab.
- Select Update Scanner Profiles.
