Illustrated Guide
Step 1: Select My Process under Evaluation from the navigation panel.
Step 2: On the Evaluation Process tab, expand the Goal Setting container and then select a Professional or Student Growth Goal.
Step 3: When the goal opens, scroll to the bottom and select the Add Evidence button to access the evidence type options.

- Text – Enter evidence in a simple text format.
- File Upload – Upload a file from your device and attach it to the goal.

- Workshop Portfolio Entry – Select an existing workshop course to use as evidence.
Step 5: Select Create to attach the evidence to your goal.
Step 6: Select Add Evidence again to add more artifacts.
Types of Evidence
Text evidence can be copied and pasted from a document or used as a reflection component to submit artifacts.
File Upload evidence can be an image, PDF, document, audio file, or video file. When you are ready to upload the file, click the Choose File button and then Upload.
Note: The evaluator or educator must download an uploaded video file before viewing it. The maximum file size per attachment is 1 GB. Eduphoria strongly encourages users to upload video files to a streaming site such as Google Drive or Dropbox so videos do not require downloads to view. In this case, goal evidence can be attached as a link to the site instead.
Link evidence can be any external website, such as a shared collaborative file (ensure you have assigned the evaluator the right to view), an online chat, or a web-based presentation.
Workshop Portfolio Entry evidence can be items synced from any professional development or workshop courses you are undertaking that are tied to your goal statement. Select the Workshop Course and include any information or reflections about the workshop and learning opportunities.
