Supported File Types

Eduphoria supports various file formats to meet the needs of our educators. Check each vendor table below to see which files are currently supported, need updates or maintenance, or are no longer supported. We maintain file imports from ACT, Inc., College Board, Istation, New Mexico PED, NWEA, Riverside Insights, TEA, WIDA, and Wireless Generation.

You can download select supported file templates as needed in the Supported File Formats Shared Drive. Additionally, locate templates and requirements for the ACT files within Importing ACT Test Data.

We will routinely verify and update these file types, particularly if a vendor has made any updates on their end. If you are experiencing any problems with files we currently support, contact us at support@eduphoria.net.

We have updated the file requirements for importing SAT, PSAT 8/9, PSAT 10, and NMSQT test data into Aware.

¹STAAR Alternate 2 Preliminary: We currently only support the combined export, either CSV or text file. Scale scores and performance levels will be imported from the Cambium preliminary STAAR Alt 2 file.

Update Needed or Undergoing Maintenance

We are aware that the following file types either require an update or are undergoing maintenance as of November 2, 2023:

Riverside Insights

  • CogAT (Form 6)
  • CogAT (Form 7 and 8) 

Wireless Generation

  • mCLASS®: Tejas LEE
  • mCLASS®: TPRI

No Longer Supported or Will No Longer Be Updated

The following files are outdated and will not import successfully as of March 2, 2023:
