Availability Notice for 2023 Accountability Data

Much of the data needed to project 2023 Accountability numbers and ratings will not be available to districts at the end of the 2022-2023 school year nor in the early days of summer.

STAAR 3-8 standard-setting will occur through July, and the TEA projects that files with updated performance level data and scale scores will be available in August.

Axiom will operate in the background as district testing coordinators upload these files into Aware, and the 2023 Accountability methodologies will be in place by the time these files are imported.

Any data uploaded into Aware from earlier STAAR files will be usable in Quick Views. As new student records with more complete data are uploaded in later data files, they will simply overwrite and update earlier records.
