Recurring requests function like any other ticket, however they will resubmit every so often. These can be simple reminders, such as update virus definition files or repeating involved jobs, such as district backups.
Technicians can create recurring requests using that option in the bottom left. The request creation process is identical except for defining the interval for the request, which is entered above Detailed Request. You have the choice to have the request recur weekly, monthly, or a given number of days.
Once all information is entered, click Create Recurrence.
Note: You cannot create a recurring request for another technician. All recurring requests are submitted with you as the requestor.
