Auto-Summarizing Tests

Tests can be easily summarized for the year, grade level or subject.

To summarize all the state tests for a year:

1. Select Quick Views.
2. Choose one of the state tests.
3. Click on the year to expand the test options.
4. Triple-click on the year again to see a summary of all tests given for that year.

Note: In Aware’s new navigation, the Summarize by Subject data view option closely mimics triple-click behavior in Aware Classic. This option summarizes by subject across groups instead of summarizing by subject across tests.

By default, the tests will be grouped by subject at the campus level; however, the tests can be viewed at any level.

Repeat this process to see all tests for one grade level or to see all administrations for one subject by triple-clicking on the grade level or subject.

To view the campuses where the students took the tests, click on the Where They Were icon.
