Users can create, view, and manage assessments in Aware by clicking on Author under Assessments.
Teachers who have no roles and rights can view and edit any Standard or Rubric assessments they create. They can also see any Team Tests to which they have been added.
Select Levels to filter assessments by the Teacher level or by certain Team Test levels.
Campus- and district-level users can view and edit Standard and Rubric assessments they create. The assessments will appear in one of two of the following levels based on rights:
- Campus - assessments created by users with the Campus Administrator role
- District - assessments created by users with the District Data Viewer role
District-level users can also manage Student Inventories.
District-level Aware managers can manage their local test types with added functionality. They are able to designate whether a test type is a Campus assessment or a District assessment. Additionally, they can add Team Tests, which can have their own test types.
