Subject names are updated across Aware. English Language Arts is now Language Arts, and Foreign Language is now Languages Other Than English. This change did not impact lead4ward reports or subject selections.
We updated all SAT legacy importers to the latest format provided by CollegeBoard. The updated schema utilizes CSV files that are more flexible. Importing SAT Test Data includes current file format requirements for importing SAT, PSAT 8/9, PSAT 10, and NMSQT data into Aware.
Students can be mass-added to existing Monitor Groups by uploading a TXT file. We’re working to save you time so you can spend more time doing what you love: teaching!
The Data Views Bank has had a few updates. A new column exists showing the owner of a view, views that may have been missing now appear in Aware, and a Quick View no longer appears as an additional Shared or Saved view.
Take note when using the Equation Editor! All answers will be cleared if a test author switches between the Elementary and Secondary Math Editors after inputting answer choices.
You can configure a minimum and maximum number of answer choices for Multiple Selection questions. Setting the min/max displaying when authoring a test and students will see a warning message if they move on to a new question and have not selected the appropriate number of responses.

Get ready for retirement! Classic Aware’s retirement, that is. The Back to Classic Aware modal has been updated and includes a warning banner showing that Classic is retiring on June 30th, 2024!

Analyze Data View
Fall STAAR retest data now displays in the 2023-24 school year. The Quick View filter should work as expected.
Teachers will no longer see duplicate courses in Quick Views. There is such a thing as too many clones.
Assessments
English I and English II standards show current Reporting Categories. No older Reporting Categories should be linked to these standards,

The Leadership Report Card now reports all standards correctly. The report no longer shows certain standards being over 100% when looking at local test data.
Student Online Testing
Students can view inline choice answer options when reviewing an assessment. These answer options are viewable in the Score Summary and Single Test Analysis.
Upload Test File
TTAP files using a newer format will import correctly. We have also updated the importer, so users can reimport their files.
We have updated the TFAR importer. This update resolves import problems related to TFAR files.
We corrected an issue with the importer for STAAR EOC preliminary files. Be sure to reimport your file to load the correct data.
December EOC Early Raw Score data imports normally. We have accounted for an issue with headers having extra spaces in them.
