General questions/FAQs

Where are the EcoDis values for School Progress coming from for the Accountability Report or Axiom?

-EcoDis values pull from the STAAR records imported into Eduphoria. Official values for accountability comes from the district and campus TSDS information. Axiom has a manual override option that allows a district to manually enter EcoDos values reported directly by TSDS.

-The free Aware accountability report does not include Domain 2b.

Why is my report generating an error or blank data?

-A blank report, or receiving a long text error message, indicates two users within your district are generating the Accountability Report simultaneously.

Why are Domain 3 values or scaled scores not displaying?

-Domain 3 values and scaled scores depend on campus type/classification. These values do not display on the Accountability Report as the report can not determine each campus' classification. Axiom has a manual entry option to determine campus classification.

Why are elementary students reported as non-continuously enrolled?

-Continuously enrolled and non-continuously enrolled data in Aware come from the previous four years' October 30 roster data. The official data for accountability comes from TSDS information. Some districts don’t roster kindergarten students, which could possible affect third grade students' enrollment status.

• Adjusted calculations for district overall scores - if a campus received a D or F in an individual domain, the district maximum score in that domain can not exceed a B value.
