Downloading Appraisee Data

To track individual evaluation and appraisee data, you can download a spreadsheet of School View data on the Staff screen.

Filtering for Appraisees

You can select filters by:

• School
• Appraiser (if given role for viewing other appraisers at the campus)
• Appraisee Type
• Grade Levels
• Subjects Taught
• Search by Name

Downloading Appraisee Data

Select the Download Filtered Staff button to receive a spreadsheet of data matching your filtering rules. 

Appraisee Data Spreadsheet

Data collected in the spreadsheet contains:

• Appraisee Name
• Appraisee Type
• Appraiser Name
• Subjects taught by Appraisee
• Grade Levels taught by Appraisee
