Forethought - How to get the most out of your team planner...

So the year has been rolling for a little while, and things have settled down somewhat. In many cases, teachers have shared their planners with new teachers, and that is great! But how can they get the most from Forethought planning? 

• "Why would we use team planners?"
  • Team planners allow the group of teachers to all contribute to a planner, and all of the team members can copy this planner into their personal planners. 
• "Can the Principals see these team planners?"
  • Yes they can! At the bottom of their list of teacher's in the Lesson Plan tab is a button to view team plans. 

Each course section of the team planner can be checked out and edited by any teacher in the team (currently one at a time). Once the team planner has been finished, a teacher on the team can then go to weeks view and use the copy wizard to copy the week into their personal planner. Once in their personal planner, the teachers can make any tweaks or edits necessary for there particular class.
