Student Access Lists allow rostered teachers access to custom lists of students. This feature can also be used to allow any user with an Eduphoria account to create a custom list of students for analysis. This is useful for co-teachers, special education personnel, 504 and ESL coordinators, or other non-rostered personnel who need access to group or individual student data.
Note: Student Access Lists created by non-rostered personnel must be approved by an administrator on the campus where the students on the list are housed. Access to data for analysis will be available once the list has been approved.
