The reporting tools in Strive Analytics allow you to view comparisons and correlations between how appraisers score during an evaluation period. Calibration requires data to determine how appraisers are scoring across a campus and/or district. You can use Appraisal Analysis - Document Analysis to view data on how appraisers are scoring during a step in the evaluation process.
Example - Analyze Observation Scores by Appraisers at a Single Campus
- Access Strive
- Click on Reports
- Select Appraisal Analysis and use the top tab for Document Analysis
- Data: Select your Observation document used for the school year
- Time Period: Enter the dates for the current or a past school year.
- People: Select 1 appraiser for a campus
- Click +Additional Group and select a different appraiser for the same campus
- Click +Additional Group and select a different appraiser for the same campus
- Click the Analyze button to view data
In this analysis view, you can see how appraisers have scored on the Observation evaluation template at the campus level to determine calibration needs.
Click on the pencil icon at the top of the screen to make more edits to drill deeper into the data by groups.
Options:
- Focus on specific campuses and how appraisers score at each individual campus
- Focus on scoring between similarly grouped campuses: Elementary, Middle, and High School to determine calibration needs across campuses
- Focus on specific subject areas or grade levels to determine scores and calibration needs
