Transfer Your Portfolio between Districts

Changing Districts? - Request a Transfer of your Professional Learning Portfolio

If you are moving from one district to another, you can determine if your next district uses Eduphoria for tracking professional learning and have your portfolio transferred. The task of creating and then opening a portfolio can only be completed by administrative level users who have Professional Development Administrator roles and rights in Strive. 

The transfer process involves connecting staff from your current district to your previous district(s) so you need to do a little bit of research.

• First, find out who manages the professional development setup in Workshop in both districts. 
• Next, send a nice email to both of these individuals introducing yourself and requesting the transfer of your workshop portfolio from one district to the other. Let them know which is the previous district and which is the new one.
