In partnership with Respondus, Eduphoria offers a newer, more secure way for students using Chromebooks to complete test-taking in a controlled environment: the Eduphoria LockDown Browser Chrome extension.
Caution: Respondus no longer supports the Eduphoria LockDown Browser for Chromebooks app that operates in kiosk mode. To avoid future issues, Eduphoria recommends that districts install the Chrome extension as soon as possible. Kiosk mode will not receive patches or updates beyond May 2024 but will be available through December 2024.
If your district is used to operating the kiosk mode app, we’ve got you covered on the next steps to make the switch by Fall 2024.
