The Analysis section of Aware provides educators and administrators with the tools they need to explore student assessment data, monitor progress, and drive instructional decisions. Designed for ease of use, this section offers a variety of reports and customizable views that help users examine performance trends, identify learning gaps, and compare results across different assessments or student groups. Whether you're a classroom teacher analyzing a single test or a district leader evaluating multi-year trends, Aware’s Analysis options help you arrive at data-driven insights that support student growth and overall success for your district.

Access

Quick Views

Build or view saved custom data views.

  • All users have access to Quick Views.

  • The Analyze Tests right grants broader access to the types of data the user can view.

Data Views Bank

Access, manage, and organize their custom data tables (Saved Views) and pre-designed templates (Quick Views).

  • The user must have the Manage Shared Views right.

Single Test

Provides interactive graphs of a single local assessment. Teachers and administrators can use Single Test Analysis to analyze data dynamically.

  • This is an Aware Premium feature.

Multi-Test

Assists district data analysts, district assessment directors, school leaders, and teachers in comparing multiple assessments across test types quickly.

  • This is an Aware Premium feature.

Reports

Generate reports for detailed breakdowns of assessment data. You can then print the report or save it to your device.

  • The user must have the View Student Tests right.

Axiom

Provides a snapshot of overall performance based on the Axiom Accountability Manual.

  • The user must have the Analyze Accountability Data right.

  • Axiom is an add-on feature. Contact your district Eduphoria Manager to discover if Axiom is a feature that your district has purchased.

Analysis Settings

Configure global settings for Analysis features by selecting the gear icon. The resulting drop-down menu offers the following options:

  • Configuration Options - Control data visibility, select curriculum standards, set up scanner profiles, define Student Growth labels and Mastery Trackers, and more.

  • Upload Test Files - Import external test score files supported by Aware.

  • The user must have the Configure Settings right to access Configuration Options.

  • The user must have the Import Test Files right to access Upload Test Files.
