Checking for Extensions/Add-Ons
If you are experiencing any technical issues, it is possible that a Chrome extension is blocking the software from functioning as expected. You can check whether this is the case by opening Chrome in Incognito mode.
Open the Google Chrome web browser.
Click File > New Incognito Window.
This opens the browser without any extensions or add-ons. Access Eduphoria in this Incognito window to determine if add-ons are causing an issue. If everything loads correctly, remove any unnecessary extensions or add-ons and then relaunch the browser. In most cases, an extension that is an ad-blocker or pop-up blocker is causing the issue.

Click the More button (the 3 vertical dots) on the right side of the browser.
Select More Tools.
Select Extensions.
Disable extensions one at a time and test your browser each time to discover which one is causing the issue.
