Eduphoria supports integration with the OneRoster tool in ClassLink’s Roster Server. This tool pulls SIS roster data directly from ClassLink and uses it to update your rosters in Eduphoria.
To set up ClassLink OneRoster, follow the steps below to enable data sharing with Eduphoria through ClassLink. Then, Eduphoria will complete a data audit to ensure the data is compatible. If any incompatibilities are detected, we will reach out to the district for potential clarification or recommendations. If no issues are detected, we will request final confirmation before enabling data sharing on our end. Together, we (Eduphoria and the district) will monitor user data for a few days, to keep an eye out for any discrepancies.
Note: When importing with OneRoster, the only demographic fields that will be imported are Gender and Ethnicity. Additional fields such as Economically Disadvantaged, 504, At-Risk, and Special Education will not be imported.
