Roles for Strive Evaluators

All Eduphoria users have access to complete evaluations and required documents. Some users with additional responsibilities to conduct or manage parts of the evaluation system may need additional roles and rights assigned to their accounts.

You can assign appropriate roles and rights through Eduphoria’s Management application. Use the suggested role assignments chart to help grant each user at the district (D) or school (S) role level the necessary rights access.

  • Executive or senior directors

  • Automatically assigns rights to evaluate at all schools and departments

  • Can view goals, evaluations, and professional learning (PL) at all schools and departments

  • Can view evaluations completed by others

School or Department Appraiser

  • Principal

  • Department lead supervisor

  • Automatically assigns rights to evaluate selected schools from user's profile settings

  • Can create evaluations for all school staff

  • Can view evaluations, goals, and PL for all school staff

School or Department Limited Appraiser

  • Assistant principal

  • School-based department supervisor

  • Creates evaluations only for those selected to be evaluated by this user

  • Cannot create or view evaluations, goals, or PL for staff not selected by this user
