Create the Course

  • Enter course title, description, and credit information.

  • Enter dates for publication, registration, and course completion.

Publish the Course

  • Staff members can view the course, but cannot register.

  • The course is published based on information provided at course creation.

Begin Registration

  • Staff members can register for the course.

  • If the course is full, staff can register with a pending status.

Instruct Course

  • The instructor begins the course.

Take Attendance and Open Surveys

  • The professional development administrator or, if permitted, the course instructor can take attendance.

  • Surveys (if required) can be opened during or after the course.

Mark Course Complete

  • The professional development administrator marks the course as completed.

  • Staff members receive credit after completing activities or submitting a survey.
