Create the Course
- Enter course title, description, and credit information.
- Enter dates for publication, registration, and course completion.

Publish the Course
- Staff members can view the course, but cannot register.
- The course is published based on information provided at course creation.

Begin Registration
- Staff members can register for the course.
- If the course is full, staff can register with a pending status.

Close Registration
- Registration closes to prevent last-minute withdrawals.
- Only the Professional Development Manager can register or un-register staff members after registration closes.

Instruct Course
- The instructor begins the course.
|
Take Attendance and Open Surveys
- The Professional Development Administrator or, if permitted, the course instructor can take attendance.
- Surveys (if required) can be opened during or after the course.
|
Mark Course Complete
- The Professional Development Administrator marks the course as completed.
- Staff members receive credit after completing activities or submitting a survey.
