When using Aware, teachers and data administrators can access the Overview page. This page stores recently scored assessments, favorited data views, and last visited assessments, so users can return where they left off more quickly.
Note: The Overview page is only accessible through Aware Beta.
Navigating the Overview
Quick Guide
- Log in to Classic Aware, and click on Back to New Aware.
- Users will automatically land on the Overview page. Access it anytime by selecting Overview.
- Track recent analysis and assessment activity using the two Overview panes. The Recently Scored Assessments pane shows the five most recently scored assessments with data available to a user. The Data Views Bank pane shows up to five Favorited data views. The Last Visited Assessments pane shows the five assessments most recently accessed by a user, including both Pending and Active assessments.

Users can access any listed assessment by clicking on its title. You also have the option to configure a new data view and can create a new blank assessment using any of the test options.
