Today we released an update to the EL Proficiency calculations in Domain 3. Students were being excluded from the calculation. In general, more students are being counted as receiving credit in EL Proficiency in Domain 3.

Under Investigation: Monitor Groups in Axiom are defaulting to a District Level Monitor Group, regardless of the level of the user who creates it. You are able to filter through the campus and create these Monitor Groups with the access needed.
Domain 3
Under Investigation: 2023 High Focus Group Data not populating within the Domain 3 tables.
Please know the numbers are being used, just not showing in the UI

SAT and ACT data support has been added in today’s release. This will have the largest impact on Domain 1 calculations and related Domain 2 and 3 calculations that reference Achievement. We are still working on a few domain 3 issues.
Friday August 16, 2024
Today’s Axiom update included an update that excluded some EB/EL students from certain calculations in Domain 1. It also included a change to domain 2A calculations for K-3 schools to be “Not Rated.” Previously K-3 schools were earning scale scores for academic growth and should not have been. Other known issues are still being worked on.
Thursday August 15, 2024
A fix was released this afternoon to correct discrepancies found between the table for Accelerated Testers and the growth Tables for domain 2A. The accelerated tester calculations were also fixed as a result of this change. We are still working on other known issues and appreciate your patience.
Tuesday August 13, 2024
Today we released a fix for Domain 2A in Axiom. The fix corrected an error for students that were not getting the correct previous PL. Correcting this issue is now also populating domain 2A tables that were blank or missing some data. This fix is not a complete fix for all problems related to Domain 2, but is a large step in the right direction. Other known domain 2 and 3 issues are still being addressed and we will update the Axiom release notes as more information becomes available.
If you are not able to see data in your Domain 2 Tables, you will need to reimport all STAAR data files and recalculate all data.

Details on recently released fixes are listed below under today's date. We've resolved issues with Domain 1 calculations not including RLA results for EB/EL student performance levels. You may see small shifts in Domains 2 and 3 as a result of this fix; however, there are still outstanding calculation issues with Domains 2 and 3 (as listed below under known issues). We've also added a new log in the student list table (Beta version).

Our team is partnering with Region 10 and Accountability specialists to identify and resolve the calculation issues as quickly as possible.
Domain 1 calculations are not including all necessary EB/EL student scores.
This issue is also impacting calculations for Domain 2 and 3.
Domain 2 is missing the previous performance level for a large number of students.
SAT scores are not accurately being brought into calculations into Domain 1.
These issues are marked high priority. All updates will be noted within the release notes below.
