Tabs in Administer
The tabs that you see on the Administer screen are determined by your access level, roles, and rights.
Tests Available
The Tests Available tab displays all assessments that you have rights to administer.
You can narrow down the list using the Test Levels, Test Types, Post Assessments, Assessments, and Online Test Proctoring filters or by typing the name of a test in the Search by Title field. If you do not see some of these filter options, select the More button to show more filters. Likewise, you can select Less to collapse the filters. Choose Reset Filters to clear any filters that you previously selected.
The table displays the following information for each assessment:
Test Title - Name of the assessment. Selecting the Test Title opens the test in the Online Test Proctoring tab.
Test Level - Indicates whether the assessment is available to the individual, teacher team, school, or district. For more information, see Assessment Categories.
Test Type - Indicates the test type. Users with the necessary rights can configure test types in the Assessments Settings.
Actions - Options include:
Enter Answers - Allows teachers to manually input and grade student responses. To learn how to use this feature, see Using the Enter Answers Feature.
Online Test Proctoring - Enable or disable online test proctoring for the assessment.
More - Provides access to additional actions, including Print Test Booklet, Print Answer Documents, and Preview Online Test.

Online Test Proctoring
If Online Test Proctoring is enabled on the Tests Available tab, you can begin administering the test using the Online Test Proctoring tab. The tab lists each class, section, or rostered group (depending on how the test was assigned). Expand a class to make the test available to all students, monitor progress, and make the test unavailable when the time to take the test is over.
You can also expand the list of students to manage test availability and student supports individually. For example, you might need to stop a student’s test if the had to step out of the classroom. Likewise, if the student was out on the day of the test, you can make the test available to the individual student on a make-up day.
