On Monday, October 20, 2025, Amazon Web Services experienced a regional outage impacting Eduphoria applications intermittently throughout the day. Engineering teams deployed all resources, as available, to lessen impacts to Eduphoria end users. In addition, Eduphoria Support experienced intermittent issues with service providers, including limited live phone support availability.
In response to this event, Eduphoria will continue to practice resilient design in order to minimize the impact of disruptions of this nature, including the continued assessment of data storage and availability systems and processes.
