Event window: March 13, 2026; 8:00 AM CDT through 4:00 PM CDT
Full Resolution: March 13, 2026; 4:00 PM CDT
Status: Resolved
Summary of recent events:
Beginning approximately 8:00am CDT, some users began experiencing intermittent errors and slowness across Eduphoria applications, including loading bars and 502 bad gateway errors. Initially, one underperforming front end server was identified and replaced, with continued server monitoring.
During the investigation, intermittent resource exhaustion across multiple servers was identified, resulting in continued service interruptions. The team performed several actions throughout the day, including: actively replacing underperforming servers, adjusting internal system settings, and deploying a hotfix to improve how the system handles requests. After identification that a third party endpoint had been deprecated, the endpoint was updated to a supported third party endpoint.
Immediate next steps for Eduphoria:
Audit communication protocols between Eduphoria and vendor partners to prevent future interruptions.
Continued monitoring across all Eduphoria applications.
