Signing the Evaluation

Electronic Signatures are only available if enabled by the System Manager. To learn how to enable electronic signatures, see Electronic Signatures.

Staff must complete the settings in their profile to create the security question and answer to enable electronic signatures.

Once this is set up, the staff member reviews and signs the evaluation document. Once signed, the document is locked and cannot be edited. After the staff member signs, then the evaluator can sign the document to finalize the evaluation.

Caution: Because the staff member is the first to sign the evaluation, only the staff member being evaluated can clear their signature to reopen the evaluation if necessary. Once the evaluator signs the document, the document is locked and cannot be reopened.
