Users with the Test Proctoring Administration right can manage assessments on behalf of another staff member from the Proctor screen. This tool can be useful if the usual classroom teacher is unavailable to administer a test. For example, a classroom teacher is out sick on the day of the test. A substitute is monitoring the class but does not have access to or know how to use Aware. In this situation, a principal or technology specialist can use the Proctor screen to administer the test remotely.
Accessing Proctor
To administer online tests on behalf of another user, begin by selecting Administer from the Assessments section of the main menu.
Note: The Test Proctoring Administration right is needed to access this screen. If you do not see this option in the main menu, contact your IT team or your Eduphoria system administrator to find out if your account has been granted the necessary permissions.

Selecting a Staff Member
The Proctor screen allows you to search for and select a staff member so that you can access their version of the Administration screen, including all of their available assessments.
To locate a user, start by selecting the school from the Campus drop-down menu. You can then scroll through the list or type the user’s name in the Search bar to show only users with names matching your search criteria.
Once you select the staff member, Proctor displays the selected staff member’s available tests. This screen works exactly like Administer, allowing you to select a test and manage its availability for online testing.
