Reassigning a Ticket

Based on roles assigned, technicians may have options for reassigning tickets to other technicians. There are two options available for technicians:

  • Assign ticket to another technician — Allows the assigned technician to choose a another technician from a drop-down menu.

  • Request ticket reassignment — Submits the request to reassign a ticket to the manager who can then reassign to another technician.
