In Formspace, there are a variety of form types available to choose from when you are creating a form. Access the Manage tab to view the form type list.
District Forms
These are forms that can be created for users in the district to access and complete. The default setting is to make the form available to all schools but forms in here can be limited to specific schools as well.
District Surveys
These are surveys that can be created for users in the district to access and complete. Again, the default setting is to make this survey available for all schools but they can also be limited to specific schools as well.
District Document Store
This is a place to upload and store already created district documents. Documents uploaded in here are created as attachments for users to download to their own computers.
School Forms
These are forms that can be created for one specific school. The difference between this and a district form is forms created here are specific to only one campus. A district form can be made to share to a multiple selection of schools.
School Surveys
These are surveys that can be only be created for one specific school. These work in the same function as School Forms where the survey can only be accessed by users at one particular school. If you need a survey to reach multiple schools, use a district survey.
Web Forms
These are forms that can be accessed by users without Eduphoria login credentials. This type of form generates its own URL that can be linked off an existing website or sent in email for people to access without needing to login to Eduphoria.
Web Surveys
These are surveys that can be accessed by users without Eduphoria login credentials. Web Surveys also generate their own URLs that can be shared via a weblink or sent in email for people to access without having to login to Eduphoria.
Personal Surveys
This is a feature that can be activated in Formspace Management to allow staff to create and control their own surveys. These function exactly like district level surveys; however, they are owned and controlled by the staff member that creates them.
Elections
This is a feature for creating mock and real elections for a class or a school. Users have the ability to create elections in Formspace and only the election creator is able to view the results. Elections can have multiple ballot options and include the ability to upload ballot codes to ensure voters can only vote once. The election form also has a kiosk mode to open a voting window on a shared machine for voting to take place.
