Course Stipend Report Details
- Course instructors who register for a course and opt to receive the attendee stipend only receive the instructor stipend, not the attendee stipend.
- Attendees appear on the report only if they select the elective credit connected to the stipend before the course is marked complete.
- If a course is marked complete and an attendee did not choose the stipend option from the elective credit choices when registering, the attendee’s name does not appear on the report.
- If a course is marked complete before an attendee chooses the stipend elective credit, then the course manager must complete the following to award the stipend:
- Manually remove credit
- Change the credit to a Custom Credit connected to the stipend
- Grant the attendee credit so the attendee appears on the report.

Printing the spreadsheet exports the following data:
- Attendee Name
- Staff ID (SSN or Local) if part of the user profile
- Course Title
- Stipend Type

- Paid Status
