If you are moving from one district to another, you can request an electronic version of your portfolio to take with you. If your next district uses Eduphoria to track professional learning, you can give them the file to import.
The tasks for transferring a portfolio file can only be completed by administrative-level users who have Professional Development Administrator roles and rights in Strive.
The transfer process requires contacting staff from each district. To initiate a transfer, you should do the following:
- Find out who manages the professional development setup in the district you are leaving and request having your portfolio export file generated in WXE format and emailed to you.
- Find out who manages the professional development setup in your new district, and email them your portfolio WXE file for them to import into Strive.
Note: Portfolios must be generated with the WXE file extension. Other file extensions will not import into Eduphoria’s proprietary system.
