Organization Settings

Manage general district information, instructional calendars, and schools from Organization Settings. You can also set up a custom email server and view licensing information from this section.

To access Organization Settings, select the gear icon in the Organization section.

Then, select an option from the drop-down menu. Options include:

  • District Settings – Enter information about the district and set password requirements for all users.

  • Set Organization Logo – Upload your district logo.

  • Create New Calendar – Manage the instructional calendar.

  • Create New School – Add a school to the district.

  • Custom Email Settings – Configure a custom email server. When an Eduphoria application sends an email to a user, the email appears to come from the name and email address configured on this screen.

  • Licenses – View licensing information for Eduphoria applications.
