If necessary, you can report an issue with a question in an item bank using the Report Issue icon.
Select the Report Issue icon for the item you want to report. The Report an Item Bank Item window appears.
From the Issue to Report drop-down menu, choose the issue type from a list of common issues or select Other if the issue you want to report is not listed.
In the Details field, please provide as much information as you can to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Select Submit to complete the report.
Note: All issues reported on Partner banks are reported directly to the vendor and not to Eduphoria. Vendors receive an automated email and work to address reported issues with their processes and teams.
