We are providing this Privacy Policy to help you understand what Personal Information Eduphoria! Inc. (“Eduphoria”, “we”, or “us”) collects from website visitors, customers, and potential customers, why we collect this information, and how you can manage your information. The Policy governs data collected through our website (eduphoria.net) and from institutions when registering to use, or when using, our Services. Eduphoria does not collect or process any data that customers input into the platform, including any student data (“Student Data”). Customers are responsible for any obligations associated with that data.  

We encourage you to read this Policy carefully. By continuing to use our Services, you are agreeing to the terms of this Policy and to the collection and use of certain Personal Information by Eduphoria. We may update the Policy from time to time, and we will notify you of changes by posting a new version of the Policy on our website. Your continued use of the Services will be considered acceptance of any new Privacy Policy terms. We recommend that you review this Policy regularly for changes. 

Information We Collect and How We Use It

Depending on your interactions with us, Eduphoria may collect and process the following categories of personal information (“Personal Information”) for the following purposes:

• In order to provide our Services and manage customer accounts, to respond to inquiries, and to communicate with website visitors, customers, and potential customers, we collect certain identifiers, including your name and contact information and your username or email.  
• We may also automatically collect your internet or network activity, such as IP address, browser version, and data about how you use and interact with our Services through third-party cookies and other similar technologies. Cookies are files that are sent to your browser from websites you visit. We use these cookies to provide and improve our Services. You may opt out of cookie collection by modifying your browser settings, although this may prevent you from taking full advantage of electronic Services.  

We do not collect or process Sensitive Personal Information. We also do not sell, share, or disclose your Personal Information to third parties, except to our service partners as defined below or required by law. We do not collect, store, or otherwise process any Student Data input by customers.

Personal Information from Children

Our Services are designed for school districts, teachers, and staff, and they are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not intentionally and knowingly collect any Personal Information from students. If you are a teacher, parent, or guardian and you believe that your student has provided Eduphoria with their Personal Information, notify us at support@eduphoria.com. If we learn that we have any Personal Information of a child under age 13, we immediately delete this Information.

We generally source the categories of Personal Information identified above directly from you (for instance, when you provide information as part of a business transaction or otherwise).

Disclosure of Personal Information to Service Providers

We may share your Personal Information with third-party companies and individuals (“Service Providers”) in order to: (i) facilitate our Services; (ii) provide the Services on our behalf; (iii) perform Service-related services; or (iv) assist us in analyzing how our Services are used. These Service Providers may not disclose or use your Personal Information for their own purposes and may not sell or share your Personal Information with others.

If we are unable to verify your identity or if we suspect fraud, we may decline to comply with your request.
